These are magnetic proximity / reed sensors (magnetic / reed switch type) used commonly for position sensing in pneumatic/hydraulic cylinders, machine automation, etc.

Many are 2-wire designs, SPST (single pole, normally open) reed switch outputs.Operating voltage ranges are often broad (for “R” series): e.g. 5 ~ 240 V DC / AC for KT-50R in particular. 

Maximum switching current and contact rating tends to be modest (since reed contacts are delicate). For KT-50R, 100 mA is typical. 

Enclosure protection is often IP67 (dust tight, and protected from immersion up to a degree) in many KT series sensors. m about -10 °C to +70 °C for many models. 

The magnetic field required (pull-in) is expressed in Gauss (or sometimes when using a standard magnet). For KT-50R, ~70 Gauss is cited
